Support Gun Shows And Continue an American Tradition!  

            I have been working Gun shows since 1998.  I have been attending them much longer than that.  A common complaint is that the shows are shrinking and by most standards they are.  If you look around a gun show notice the average age of people in the show.  Most are men over 45.  It is up to us to expose the next generation to shooting sports, Firearms, Precision Marksmanship, gun shows and any thing else to do with the shooting sports industry.  Kids are programmed that guns are bad from school to TV.  So bring your kids and friends to the gun shows they have them all over the United States .  When you get there spend some money, because we cant keep coming to shows if we don’t have money to do so.  Here is a short list of North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and georgia shows in the upcoming months.  I hope to see you there.

We will no longer be supporting or endorsing Dixie Gun and Knife Shows in Raleigh, North Carolina or in Charlotte, NC . 

The Promoters that sponsor those shows all though do give a good show, we find that their political positions do not help or contribute to the gun owning community.  A few examples are not allowing politicians that are running on a second amendment platform to set up or hand out material educating gun owners, not allowing organization such as Grass Roots North Carolina to set up until pressured by the fact that C&E shows were allowing them in the same venue.  We also are extremely bothered by the fact that they are the only promoters in the state of North Carolina that do not allow the North Carolina Citizen Militia to set up. 

Not only does this limit the gun owner in things they see at a show, it also helps keep them uneducated and uninformed.  This is not acceptable to us.  So we will no longer be a part of the problem, we will set up our wares and spend our money with people that support our ongoing battle with the antigun movement.  So remember no Raleigh shows sponsored by Dixie and no Charlotte shows that are held at the Metrolina Expo Center .  Do your part and be part of the solution not the problem.
